Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Iron IV we value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional wellness services. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments, memberships, and purchases.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-shows may be charged the full appointment fee or may forfeit any prepaid service associated with the appointment.

IV Therapy, Injection, and Wellness Services

Due to the personalized nature of medical and wellness services, refunds cannot be provided once:

• An IV infusion has been started.
• An injection has been administered.
• Medical supplies have been prepared specifically for a client.
• A provider consultation has been completed and treatment recommendations have been made.

Prepaid Services

Prepaid services may be refunded if requested before the appointment and before any products or supplies have been prepared.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once the monthly billing cycle has begun.

Clients may cancel their membership at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Any unused services included in a membership may expire according to the membership terms and conditions.

Medical Eligibility

If a client is determined by our medical provider to be ineligible for treatment after a consultation, any fees paid for services not rendered will be refunded, excluding applicable consultation fees.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Iron IV Wellness except where required by applicable law. Iron IV Wellness reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

Iron IV Wellness reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
