Experienced Registered Nurses
Every treatment at Iron IV is administered by a licensed registered nurse. Our team is passionate about wellness and committed to providing the highest standard of care.
Medical Oversight
Justin Day, APRN
Iron IV operates under the medical supervision of Justin Day, APRN, who is licensed and authorized to provide medical services in accordance with applicable state laws. As Medical Director, Justin provides clinical oversight of patient care, treatment protocols, and prescribing practices. Medical evaluations and treatment authorizations are conducted through telehealth consultations and mobile wellness visits for patients located within the State of Utah.
Kristi Day, RN
With 17 years of diverse experience in pediatrics, surgical care, home health, hospice, and labor and delivery, Kristi's career has been driven by a deep passion for helping others and making a difference in the lives of her patients.
She started Iron IV because, during the COVID pandemic, she realized the importance of serving not only those who are sick but also focusing on individuals' well-being before illness strikes. Witnessing how much of what she saw in the hospital was preventable, it became clear that proactive health measures are essential.
Iron IV represents a commitment to helping people feel their best and maintain their health, reducing the risk of preventable conditions. Outside her profession, Kristi loves spending time with her five children and enjoying the sunshine on a boat at Lake Powell.
Juli Nield, RN
Juli has been an RN for 20 years and is co-owner of Iron IV. Nursing is more than just a career for her — it's a true passion. She loves helping others feel their best and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
She's seen firsthand the incredible benefits of IV therapy — not just for patients, but in her own life, as well as for her five kids, close friends, and family. The ability to provide essential hydration, vitamins, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream can be a game-changer for wellness, recovery, and overall vitality.
When she's not working, you can usually find Juli on the soccer field — coaching, cheering, and supporting her kids. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether it's at the lake, in the mountains, or on the beach.
Carrie
With over 14 years of nursing experience from pediatrics to hospice care, Carrie founded the Iron IV Cache County location to help athletes reach peak performance and promote proactive health in the community.
Reilly
A St. George native, Reilly also works full-time at a surgery center. Married for 3 years with a dog named Tex, she loves Lake Powell and Disneyland.
Sunny
With 17+ years of nursing experience specializing in emergency medicine, drug rehabilitation, and urgent care, Sunny uses her skills to promote preventative health and nutrition.
Susan
Susan earned her BSN at SUU and has 20+ years of experience in the ER, labor & delivery, and infusion centers. She loves connecting with patients and ensuring the best care.
Chelsea
With 7 years of nursing experience starting in the NICU and spanning rehab, home health, med surg, pediatrics, and critical care, Chelsea is also a dedicated mother of six.
Molly
Molly brings 30 years of nursing experience in NBICU, surgery centers, and mobile IV therapy to the team. She is also a proud mother of four.
Kim
Kim graduated with her BSN from Weber State in 2007 and has worked in labor & delivery, prenatal teaching, and residential treatment for teens. Married for ~20 years with 5 kids.
Hannah
Born and raised in Idaho, Hannah graduated from Dixie State University in 2022 and discovered IV therapy benefits firsthand. She does CrossFit and met her husband there.
Lacy
A St. George native with 20 years of nursing experience in NICU, Mom/Baby, IV therapy, and hospice care. Married with four kids, she loves reading, crafting, and horses.
